Steel plant should be saved for kids

Letter to the Editor, Express-Times, September 15, 2004

The Bethlehem Steel plant is to be torn down unless people realize that they have a museum of history there for our children to absorb.

The buildings and bridges that were built by the steel made at this plant tell many stories -- stories that could be told to our children and their children if it is saved.

Please ask the people of Bethlehem how they can help save the plant. I would hate to see another piece of history and our heritage fall to the wayside.
